Report Delinquent Service Orders
(Delinquent Service Order Report)
Access
This report displays service orders for which no contact has been made with the customer within a specified number of days. Service orders appear on the report when the difference between the service order creation date and the last contact date on the service order is greater than the number of days specified in the run-time options.
This report is based solely on the service coordinator that was established during entry of the service order.
The output of this report may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.
The run-time options for this report are:
Region
Service LocationEnter the locations you want to include in this report. If you know the code of the location, enter it directly. If you click on the Arrow, you can choose a location from the list that appears. If you select Multiple Locations from the list, you access the Multiple Locations Selection Window, from which you can choose one or more locations. You can also access the Multiple Locations Selection window if you click on the Action button. If you click on the Search button in the Multiple Locations Selection Window, you access the Multiple Selection Lookup Window. Use this window to select all locations (that is, all locations available to you) by clicking on Select All.
At this and any other Location field, the locations you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.
Number of DaysEnter the number of days to be used to define the day range for this report. Service orders appear on the report when the difference between the service order creation date and the last contact date on the order is greater than the number of days entered here.
CoordinatorThis field is used to indicate the coordinator or coordinators to be included in this report. One, multiple, or all coordinators may be selected. To report on a single coordinator, select a specific coordinator code from the list available from the Search button. To create a specific list of coordinators for this report, use the Coordinator selection screen, available from the Action button. To report on All coordinators, leave this field blank.
Service TypeSelect All to include both In Home and In Shop service orders. Select In Home to only include In Home service orders on the report. Select In Shop to only include In Shop service orders on the report.
Show Problem DetailSelect this option to include the problem detail for each order on the report.
Sort By and Break OnThis field is used to indicate whether the report will break and sort on Coordinator or Status Code.
Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays. To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.
Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.

Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
