Print Pick List
Access
This routine is a step in the delivery/transfer/service
process that produces a printed report listing order information for a
specified delivery, transfer, or service date. Use the list to consolidate
items for picking from the warehouse for staging on a delivery truck.
Run this routine when the warehouse is ready to print a pick list for
a store, and prior to
You can create pick lists
for all picks for the selected location and date or for new picks only.
Pick lists sort by
storage location
product
serial number
Additionally, this program provides the option to auto-generate/update
manifests directly from this process.
If the Assign
Specific Pieces At field in the is set to Creating Pick
List, the creation of a pick list is required. If it is set to
Ticket Print, pick list creation
is optional.
This report does not include CPUs (customer pickups) or in-shop service
orders. For those order types, use the associated delivery documents
for picking purposes.
To reprint pick lists for orders
on manifest, first remove the orders from the manifest, then reprint the
pick lists and put the orders back on manifest.
The output of this report may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions.
Pick List Type
LocationEnter the code for the
location for which you want to print a pick list. The default location
from the log-in
screen appears, if any. You can override the default response.
If you click on the Arrow button, a list of locations available to you
appears from which you can choose. Note
that here and at any other Location field, the locations you see (that
is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions.
Date CodeClick on the Arrow button
to view a list of date
codes, then select the code that best indicates the time period on
which to base your report.
Scheduled DateEnter
the scheduled delivery date for orders you want to include on the pick
list. Today's date defaults. To edit this field, you must
select CUS at the Date code field. If you select CUS, the field
activates and you can enter a date or click the Calendar
Icon and select a date.
New Picks OnlyTo include
new picks only, check the box at this field. Otherwise, leave the
box blank.
If you check the box at this field, then if a pick list exists for the
specified location and date, the program picks only items added since
the you last ran the pick list.
Route Code
Truck Number
Page Break on Route or TruckTo insert a page break after each route or truck,
check the box at this field. Otherwise, leave the field blank.
When this box is checked, the report sorts and breaks by Route or Truck.
This route/truck sort and break occurs within the sort and break by location.
Page Break on Transfer to LocationTo insert
a page break after each transfer-to location, check the box at this field.
Otherwise, leave the field blank. This field is active only
if you select Transfers at the Pick List Type field.
Include Non-Inventory ProductsTo include
non-inventory products in the pick list,
check the box at this field. Otherwise, leave the box blank.
If you check the box at this field, the report prints all non-inventory
products first and then inserts a page break. Note that linked warranties
print with their associated products and not at the beginning of the list
with other non-inventory products.

Include Second Description
Include Special Order Information
The additional information, when requested and existing for the
product, prints after the current detail line containing the first description.
It prints in the following order: 1) second description, 2) configurator
information, and 3) special order information. The second description
is printed underneath the first description in the same column. This order
applies to the Pick List and Pack List.
Send Output toThe output
destination of the report displays. To change the output destination,
click on the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.

After you select
your run-time options, click Run
