Use this routine to review and update transfers received using Radio Frequency Bar Code. You can also use this process to print product labels for the receiving location.
You must complete the Initialize Radio Frequency
Transfer Receiving process prior to running this process.
This
routine may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions (i.e., you may not have access to all customers
and locations).
Transfer FromEnter
the code of the location from which the transfer was initiated. If you
click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations
available to you.
At this
and other Location fields, the locations you see (that is, the list of
locations available to you) may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions.
Transfer ToEnter
the code of the location at which the transfer is being received. If you
click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations
available to you.

RouteEnter
the transfer route code that was assigned to this transfer. This
is a mandatory field. Click the Search button to the right of the entry
field to select from a list of valid route codes.
Transfer DateEnter
the scheduled date of the transfer being received.
Transfer COMPLETED?Check this box when you are
ready to complete the specified transfer. The system displays the message
“This will COMPLETE the transfer and perform all updates!" This step
is necessary in order to close the transfer properly.
Select the method by which you want to print. You have the following options:
Zebra Printer - prints to a thermal-style label printer.
Label Matrix - prints to the Label Matrix interface Languages and codes that applications use to communicate with each other and with hardware.. If you select this option, you activate the PC File Name field, where you must enter the name of the label template you want to use to print the selected tags.
Forms Designer - prints to the Forms Designer interface Languages and codes that applications use to communicate with each other and with hardware.. If you select this option, you activate the Form Name field, where you must enter the name of the print form you want to use to print the selected labels.
If you select Label Matrix at the Print Method field, you activate this field. Enter the PC file name (that is, the label template previously created in Label Matrix) you want to use print labels. Enter the name without the file extension. If you click on the Action button An outlet to additional routines and functions. Identified by a lightening bolt image, Action buttons appear next to fields and at the bottom of a screen., you access a list of available templates.
If printing for regular,
saleable products, be sure the template you select is set up for regular
products. If printing for as-is, non-saleable products, be sure the
template you select is set up for as-is products.
Form NameIf you
select Forms
Designer at the Print Method field, you activate this field. Select
the enhanced laser print (ELP) form you want to use to print the selected
tags. If you click on the Arrow, a list of forms appears from which you
can choose.
Use this field to filter A pattern through which data is passed. Only data that matches the pattern is allowed to pass through the filter. the contents of the grid. The grid displays all transfers found using the selection criteria specified above. You have the following options:
All - view all transfers scheduled for this location
Received - view only transfers received up to this point
Unreceived - view all items not scanned
Partially Received - view items that have multiple quantities on the transfer, but not all quantities have been scanned
DocumentEnter
the number of the transfer document (if any) whose items you want to display
in the grid.
ProductEnter
the code of the product number (if any) you want to display in the grid
(regardless of the transfer number). If click on the Action button, you can create a
list of products to view in the grid.
The Product grid displays the Product, Received status, Document number, Line number, storage Location, and Serial (reference) Number. You can double-click a line item in the grid to access the Transfer Receipt Information window. This window displays detailed information in reference to the product that was just scanned and received, including the scanned label number.
Transfer List Report - lists the scanned received quantities and un-received quantities
Print Unreceived Qty Labels - prints product labels for pieces not yet received
Print Total Qty Labels - prints product labels for all the products on the transfer list
