View an Automated Call Survey

Use this routine to view an iCall survey for a selected order. The question and the answer (if any) appear in the grid.
Completed Order NumberEnter the number of the completed order whose iCall survey you want to view.
Completed Order DateThe date of the selected order appears.
CustomerThe customer associated with the selected order appears.
Survey Complete DateThe date (if any) on which the survey was completed appears.
Survey Complete TimeThe time (if any) on which the survey was completed appears.
