Search for a Cart by a Specific
Customer
(Open Carts by Customer)

General
You can access
this screen via the menu path described above or via the Search button
at the Cart ID field in Enter
a Shopping Cart (Shopping Cart Entry). Use this screen
to search for an existing shopping cart you want to view.
Header Area
The following fields appear in the
header area of each tab in this routine. After you specify a valid customer
code, the header fields fill with customer data and become unavailable
for change.
Customer CodeEnter
the code of the customer whose shopping carts you want to view. If you
click on the Search button, you access the Search
for a Customer screen, from which you can choose a customer or exit.
After you select a valid customer, the system retrieves customer information
(name, home phone number, etc.) and displays it on the screen. All shopping
carts (if any) associated with the selected customer appear in the grid
below.
NameThe full name of the selected
customer appears.
Home PhoneThe home
phone of the selected customer appears.
SalespersonThe salesperson
associated with the selected shopping cart appears.

The fields on this tab fill with
information for the selected customer. You cannot edit these fields.

display on the General tab for the selected customer:
Address 1
Address 2
City, State, Zip
Cell Phone, Email Address
Ship From Location, Reward
Points
Credit Remarks
Also shown are the number of Sales, Returns,
and Service Orders
for This Year, Last
Year and Lifetime.
