View Inventory Quantities for a Group or Collection

Access
Use this routine to list products by Product
Group or Product Collection.
Enter the search information in the filters and the grid populates with
the search results.
Optional Filters
You must specify either a product group or product collection. However,
you can specify optional filters (before entering group/collection) to
limit the grid display. For example, if you enter a vendor in the Vendor
field, you can restrict (filter)
your results to display only products from the selected vendor. You can
filter your results by price if you enter an amount into one or both of
the Price Range Upper and Lower fields. Results may also be filtered by
available location.
The output of this report may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions.
VendorTo limit the list to products supplied by a single
vendor, enter a valid Vendor code in this field .
Price Range UpperTo inquire
by price range, enter the price that will be used as the high end of the
range. (The low end is entered in the Price Range Lower field.) Specifying
a price range will limit the list to products whose Selling Price falls
within the specified range.
Price Range LowerTo inquire
by price range, enter the price that will be used as the low end of the
range. (The high end is entered in the Price Range Upper field.) Specifying
a price range will limit the list to products whose Selling Price falls
within the specified range.
Available LocationTo limit
the inquiry to the availability of products at a single location, enter
(or click the Search button to
select from the list) a valid Warehouse Location code in this field.
Product GroupTo limit
the list to only products in a specified product group, enter the group
code here.
Product CollectionTo limit
the list to only products in a specified product collection, enter the
collection code here.
