Use this feature to create distributed-quantity transfers, in which the system automatically calculates transfer quantities for one-time-buy products based on the sales histories of the stores on the transfer list. The stores that sell the most items in the product's group (that is, not just the product itself) get the larger percentages of the distribution quantity.
One-time-buy purchase orders accept only one-time-buy products, so if you enter a non-one-time-buy product first, you cannot add one-time-buy products to that purchase order. When you receive a one-time-buy purchase order into the system, STORIS Messenger sends an email to specified employees informing them the PO was received.
Regional Processing does not affect One-Time-Buy Processing.
