AP and GL History Conversions

STORIS personnel use this routine to convert historical Accounts Payable and/or General Ledger data from STORIS Revision 7.3 or later to STORIS Accounting.  You must be running STORIS Accounting to use this process.  For more information, contact STORIS.

Convert

STORIS Accounting PathEnter the path to the appropriate AP/GL account.

GL History Years to ConvertEnter the number of years of historical data you want to convert.

Print Error ReportTo print an error report, check the box. Otherwise, leave the field blank.  

Send Output toThe output destination of the routine displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer (PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
