Outside Call Exchange Settings

This routine works with the iCall feature, in conjunction with the Dial ‘1’ First For Long Distance field on the General tab in the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings. Use this screen to create list of telephone exchange exceptions, by area code, to the setting at that field.
For example, assume you check the box at the Dial ‘1’ First For Long Distance field. If long distance area code of 588 has one or more exchanges that do not require you dial 1, then enter 588 into the Area Code field and enter the exchanges in to the Exchange field, clicking on Add after each. Conversely, if you leave the box blank at the Dial ‘1’ First For Long Distance field, you would use this screen to enter exception list containing exchanges that do require you enter the 1.
iCall Server NameIf using multiple iCall servers, enter the name of the iCall server for which you want to set up long-distance call exchange excpetions. If not using multiple iCall servers, this field is inactive.
If using multiple iCall servers, when you click on the Arrow, a list of existing iCall servers appears from which you can choose.
Area CodeEnter the area code containing the exchange exceptions you want to add to the list. Any exchanges already added appear in the grid.
ExchangeEnter the exchange exception for the selected area code you want to include in the list, then click on Add to add it to the grid.
