iCall Voice Processing Server Settings

Use this routine to maintain multiple iCall servers. Once you create multiple iCall servers in this routine, you use the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings routine to specify your preferences.
For each iCall server you create, you specify one or more of the following to use with the iCall server:
iCall Server NameEnter the name of the iCall server you want to create or edit. If you click on the Action button, the iCall Server Selection Screen appears, which you can use to select an existing iCall server (if one exists).
DescriptionEnter or edit the description of the iCall server.
RegionEnter one or more regions you want to associate with the selected iCall server. If you click on the Arrow, a list of regions appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Region Selection window appears, which you can also use to select one or more regions. This field is active only if Regional Processing is active on your system.
Warehouse LocationEnter one or more locations you want to associate with the selected iCall server. If you click on the Arrow, a list of locations appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Location Selection window appears, which you can also use to select one or more locations.
