Use this routine to view the available card numbers and types that are currently on file for a customer. Available cards on file for the customer are listed in the grid. If accessing this screen via the Payment Summary Window, you can select the card from the grid to use for the customer's transaction. You cannot use this screen to maintain the cards currently on file. For this extra action to be enabled, both the Shift4 module and the Token Sharing Active setting in Payment Card and Device Settings must be enabled.

The grid lists the credit cards that are on file for the customer. The available Card Types, Ending With (last 4 digits), and date card was Last Used are displayed for each card listed. This information cannot be maintained using this screen.

If you access this window via the Payment Summary screen, you can select a line in the grid to use that shared token for the transaction. Once selected, the Credit Card Entry Window displays, with the encrypted card number and type filled in. If the CVV number is required, the CVV Prompt window displays after clicking the Save button on the Credit Card Entry screen.
