Report AWM User Exceptions
(Warehouse Activity Exception Report)
Access
This routine provides a report, by warehouse and
by RF User, of product exceptions. The report also prints the total number
of pieces in each exception
type and the total number of exceptions. Once the report criteria
have been selected, click Run to
produce the report.
This routine may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions. That is, you may not have access to all customers
and locations.
The run-time options
for this report are:
Warehouse LocationEnter
the code of the location on which you want to report. The default location
from the log-in
screen appears, if any. You can override the default response. Advanced
Warehouse Management must be active at the selected location.
If you click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations
available to you. Note that here
and at any other Location field , the locations you see (that is, the
list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions.
Exception TypeThe report
can be run for a single Exception
Type, All exception types, or multiple
exception types. Click the Search
button at this field to select a single Exception Type from list. You
may leave the field blank for All exception types. To select multiple
exception types to report on, click the Action
button to the right of the entry field and select multiple locations in
the Multiple Exception Selection
window.
Start Date, End DateThe report
can be run for one day's activity or for a range of dates. Select the
start and end dates for this report.
Primary SortSelect
the primary sort option for the output of this report. Valid options are:
T = Time of Exception; U
= RF User; E = Exception Type.
Secondary SortAn optional
secondary sort may be selected. Valid options are: Blank
= None Selected; T
= Time of Exception; U = RF User;
E = Exception Type.
Send Output
toThe output destination of
the report displays. To change the output destination, click on
the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer ( PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
