Report Vendor Delivery Performance

Access

Use this report to track products from one or more vendors that were delivered after the scheduled delivery date. Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.

The run-time options for this report are:     

VendorEnter one or more vendors whose products you want to include in this report. If you know the code of the vendor, enter it directly. If you click on the Search button, you can choose a vendor from the Vendor Cross Reference window. If you click on the Action button An outlet to additional routines and functions. Identified by a blue button with a white ellipsis, Action buttons appear next to fields., you access the Multiple Vendor Selection window. If you click on the Search button in the Multiple Locations Selection Window, you access the Vendor Cross Reference Window.

Start DateEnter the start date of the date range for which you want to report on vendor performance. If you leave this field blank, the system uses the earliest possible date. If you click on the Calendar icon, a calendar appears from which you can click on a date. Click on the arrow buttons to select a different month or year.

End DateEnter the end date of the date range for which you want to report on vendor performance. If you leave this field blank, the system uses the latest possible date. If you click on the Calendar icon, a calendar appears from which you can click on a date. Click on the arrow buttons to select a different month or year.

Number of Days LateEnter the number of days after the scheduled delivery date. The report displays all deliveries that were late by more days than you enter here. For example, if you enter 30, the report includes all deliveries that arrived more than 30 days late.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer (PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
