Updates History Report

Use this routine to create a report about information the type of updates performed on your STORIS account. Information displayed are the packet number (the update identification number assigned by STORIS), description taken from the client disclosure, installation date, module, and the type of update (enhancement, update, internal update). Once output settings have been set, click Run to run the report.

After the report has been run, the Update History Reports screen closes automatically.

Choose the date code for which you wish to run the report:

Custom Dates - Select to run the report for a date or range of dates. The Start Date and End Date fields are available to select the date(s).

Today - Select to run the report for today. If this option is chosen, the Start Date and End Date fields automatically populate with today's date and cannot be edited unless a different Date Code is selected.

Yesterday - Select to run the report for yesterday. If this option is chosen, the Start Date and End Date fields automatically populate with yesterday's date and cannot be edited unless a different Date Code is selected.

Enter the starting date for the report. This field is available for editing when the Date Code is set to Custom Dates. Either manually enter a date in the field using the MM/DD/YYYY format, or click the calendar icon to choose a date.

Enter the ending date for the report. This field is available for editing when the Date Code is set to Custom Dates. Either manually enter a date in the field using the MM/DD/YYYY format, or click the calendar icon to choose a date.

Use the pull-down menu to select the type of update you wish to view in the report. You may run the report for more than one update type by either selecting Multiple Types from the pull-down menu or clicking the Action button next to the pull-down menu. Both of these actions open the Multiple Selection Lookup Window where you can choose a combination of enhancements, updates, and/or internal updates.

All Types - Select if you want the report to show information on enhancements, updates, and internal updates.

Multiple Types - Select to use the Multiple Selection Lookup Window to choose from a combination of enhancements, updates and/or internal updates.

Enhancements - Select to view updates to specific feature, such as a new field, a redesigned screen, or a new process.

Updates - Select to view updates that improve how STORIS works. These updates can be background processes or cosmetic.

Internal Updates - Select to view updates that modify existing infrastructure code necessary to support the efforts of development initiatives.

The output destination of the report displays. To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

If you select either the Personal Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
