Use this routine to generate a report that allows you to preview anticipated balances and MMP totals that are expected to be calculated for a specified cycle date. The report can be used as a preliminary statement register, showing the approximate calculations before the accounts are actually cycled. You can use the report to determine if any manual adjustments to the accounts are needed prior to cycling.
The following information is shown on the report output:
Customer Code: The customer’s ID.
Customer Name: The first 20 characters of the customer’s name.
Plan: The code of the Revolving Receivables Payment Plan.
Plan Total: The customer’s total balance for this plan.
Amount Due: The plan's short term balance plus the newly calculated MMP amount.
Current Due: The newly calculated MMP amount.
Past Due: The short term balance on the Revolving plan. If this balance remains unpaid as of the cycle date, it will become past due.
Last MMP: The MMP as of the last cycle.
Last Payment Amount: The last payment amount applied to the customer’s plan.
Last Payment Date: The last date that a payment was applied to the customer’s plan.
Prepay Balance: The prepay balance for the customer.
