Report Deleted Orders

Use this routine to report on orders that have been voided. When you run this report on demand from the menu, you can select a date range and report orders that were voided within that date range.

This report can also be run at End of Day with the other End of Day Reports. When this report is run during the end of day process, it reports voided orders that were not reported since the last end of day. When run during end of day, orders are selected for the report based on the following:

Enter the districts to which you want to restrict this report's output. To access this field,

Regional Processing must be active (via the Regional Processing field in the General System Control Settings),
you must not be restricted to any store or list of locations, via the Location Restrictions tab in the Create a User (Staff) file , and
the Store prompt on this screen must be blank.

Enter the locations you want to include in this report. If you know the code of the location, enter it directly. If you click on the Arrow, you can choose a location from the list that appears. If you select Multiple Locations from the list, you access the Multiple Locations Selection Window, from which you can choose one or more locations. You can also access the Multiple Locations Selection window if you click on the Action button. If you click on the Search button in the Multiple Locations Selection Window, you access the Multiple Selection Lookup Window. Use this window to select all locations (that is, all locations available to you) by clicking on Select All.

At this and any other Location field, the locations you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.

Use this field to specify the start date of the date range for which you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.

Use this field to specify the end date of the date range for which you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.
