This report provides a list of kit master records and kit components. Quantity-on-Hand and quantity available The total saleable quantity-on-hand less the number of items reserved to sales orders. are displayed for both the Kit and the individual Components. Net Purchase Order quantities for each component also appear.

Maximum kit availability is based upon the quantity of the least available component. The costed version of this report (select the Show Costs option) displays the Unit Cost for the Kit as a whole and for each Component. Primary sort is by either Category or Vendor, and the secondary sort by price or kit name. Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.

The run-time options for this report are:

CategoryEnter the code of the category you want to include in the report.  If you click on the Search button, a list of categories appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Category Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more categories. If you leave the field blank, you report on all categories.

VendorEnter the code of the vendor you want to include in the report.  If you click on the Search button, the Vendor Name Search appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Vendor Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more vendors. If you leave the field blank, you report on all vendors.

Show CostsTo display the Unit Cost for the Kit as a whole and for each Component, check the box at this prompt.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer (PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
