This window displays the reason(s) the selected plan is not eligible for use. A message is displayed for each restriction rule that fails. The restriction rules are maintained by plan on the Restrictions tab in Revolving Payment Plan Settings.
Here are examples of some of the messages that might display:

Minimum credit score restriction exists, customer has no credit score.
The customer's credit score is less than the minimum score required.
