Forgive Late Fees

Late fee $ - The late fee amount associated with a contract displays here.

Assessed - The date the late fee was applied displays here.  

Contract - The contract number displays here.

Installment - The installment number and the length of the term displays here.  For example, if a late fee was charged on the first payment of a 36 month term, it would display as 1 - 36.

Reference - The reference number associated with the late fee displays here.

G/L Account Maintenance - Selecting this takes you to the G/L Distribution screen where you can maintain G/L accounts for installment contracts.
