Freeze Inventory

1. Run the Freeze Inventory process.

2. We recommend that you check the box at the Include Manifested Deliveries field.  In this way, you include any inventory on manifests in the freeze.

3. Depending on security setting at the Initiate the Freeze Physical Inventory process field in the Extended Security settings, the system may prompt you to enter a password.

4. The freeze process automatically runs the Report Detail Frozen Quantities.  This report displays all of your frozen inventory. You can also run the Report Summarized Frozen Quantities. Compare the summary report with the detail report to determine the accuracy of the freeze process.
