Report Detail Frozen Quantities

Access

Use this report with the Report Summarized Frozen Quantities (Frozen On-Hand Summary Report) to confirm that the freeze process was accurate. The system compares the totals from this report with data from the Report Summarized Frozen Quantities routine.  This report sorts by product category. Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.

This report runs automatically during the Freeze Inventory (Physical Inventory Freeze) process.

Warehouse LocationEnter the code for the location on which you want to report. If you click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations available to you.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer (PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
