Schedule Completed Order Calls
Access

notifications. Use this option if you use delivery manifests in
your delivery scheduling process. This process creates iCall
jobs for all orders for which an iCall job has not yet been assigned,
provided the order
As exchange orders actually
create two order records, iCall selects only one of these records.
If your system is setup to allow calls for both manifested orders and scheduled
orders (via the Delivery Call Type Allowed field in the iCall
Voice Processing Control Settings), manifested order calls take precedence
over scheduled order calls. Thus, if a scheduled order call exists,
iCall closes (that is, manually completes) that call and replaces it with
the manifested order call.
