Use this routine to manually change the fulfillment method of unscheduled sales orders from Customer Will Call or As Soon As Possible to either Estimated or Scheduled. Use the search criteria to locate the desired order(s), then update the order(s) as needed directly in the grid. The updated line is validated against the process’s own requirements and against route capacity settings. If the line does not pass validation, an error message is presented. Service Orders and Exchanges are not included in the search results.
To schedule an order, use the grid to make the necessary updates, then click the associate Update button. If the requirements for the update have been met, the order is scheduled and disappears from the grid.
Click the Select
Orders button to initiate the search. Results are populated in
the grid.
