If you use the Float feature, you use this routine to view all products currently linked to a float A float is a moveable pallet that holds merchandise for movement within the warehouse. at the selected location. You can use this screen to remove the association of specific pieces from the selected float.
Indicate the location of the float you are maintaining. Your login location may default, depending on your settings. Click the Arrow button to select a location-tracked and verified location from the list of locations accessible to you.
Specify the ID of the float you are viewing/maintaining. You can click the Action button to select a float from the Read-Only Lookup Window, which lists all floats associated with the selected location. Once the location and float have been entered, the grid displays all products linked to that float.
The Product ID, Serial/Reference # of the piece, Transaction number (order or transfer), current Storage Location, Quantity, Route, Truck, Ship To name, and Label ID display for each product assigned to the float.
Remove - To remove a piece from a float at this location, click thebutton in this column.
