Use this screen to select a batch to maintain or to create a new batch.
Warehouse, Physical Number, Date, OperatorThe warehouse
location code, physical inventory number, date of the physical inventory,
and operator who performed the physical inventory display.
The grid displays only batches that have been created. To maintain an existing batch, double-click the line from the grid. The Bar Code Physical Batch Creation screen displays.
Batch Number - The assigned batch number displays.
Setup By - This column displays the ID of the user who created the batch.
Date - This column displays the date when the batch was created.
Time - This column displays the time that the batch was created.
Frozen By - When using Batch Barcode, this column displays the initials of the user who is creating the batch. The batch is “frozen” when the user is assigned. When using RF Barcode, this column displays the initials of the person who is logged onto the scanner. With RF Barcode, the location is “frozen” when the user scans the actual location.
Date - This is the date that the batch was “frozen.”
Time - This is the time that the batch was “frozen.”
Create New Batch - To create a new batch, click the Actions button at the bottom of the screen and select this option. The Bar Code Physical Batch Creation screen displays.
