Bar Code Physical Batch Creation

Use this screen to maintain existing batches, create new ones, and assign batches.  

Batch NumberIf creating a new batch, this field displays NEW until the batch has been created and assigned a number. If batches have already been created, this is the actual batch number assigned.

Entered

This tab displays the list of storage locations that have been selected to be added to the bar code batch.

Move Locations to AvailableUse this option if you want to remove a storage location from the batch.

Assign BatchThis option is only used with Batch Bar Code processing. Select this field in order to assign the batch to a Bar Code user.

Click the Actions button and choose Select Locations to select all or a group of storage locations to move onto a batch.

Available

The Available tab displays the storage locations available to be added to a batch.

Move Location to EnteredThis field allows you to manually enter the storage location that you wish to be moved into the batch you are creating.  

Storage LocationsThis grid displays the list of storage locations that are available to be added to a batch. Double-click a storage location to automatically move it into the batch being created.

Click the Actions button and choose Select Locations to select all or a group of storage locations to move onto a batch.
