Point of Sale > Sales Leads > UP System > View Archived UPs (Select Transaction for Viewing)
Use this routine to audit changes made to archived UPs transactions.
Click the Arrow button and select the code that determines the audit start and end dates. If you select a code other than CUS, the next two fields are populated and cannot be changed. If you select CUS, you can select the dates at the next two fields.
This is the start date of the actual change to the UP transaction. If you selected CUS at the Date Code field, you can edit this date.
This is the end date of the actual change to the UP transaction. If you selected CUS at the Date Code field, you can edit this date.
Click the Search button and select one or more salesperson codes. Only transactions associated with these salesperson codes are included in the search results.
Click the Arrow button and select the store location of the transactions to be viewed.
Click the Search button to begin the search for UP transactions that were changed. Transactions based on your selection criteria are listed in the grid.
Once you click the Search button, UP transactions that match your selected criteria populate the grid. For each transaction, the following columns are displayed. Select a transaction from the grid to access the Review Archived UPs screen.
Audit Date - The date the transaction was changed displays.
Salesperson - The salesperson associated with the UP transaction displays.
Start Time - The starting time of the change displays.
End Time - The ending time of the change displays.
Out Code - The reason for the salesperson assignment is displayed. (Examples: With customer in store, With customer in design studio, etc.)
In Code - The end result of the transaction is displayed. (Examples: Back in Lineup - Sale Made, Sketch Drawn - No Sale Made, etc.)
Order Number - If an order was created, the number displays here.
