Maintain Archived UPs

Maintain Archived UPs - Select UP for Editing > Double-click to select row in grid
View Archived UPs (Select Transaction for Viewing) > Select item from grid to access Review Archived UPs - Read-Only screen

Use this routine to view and edit details about the archived UP transaction you selected.

If you access this screen from the View Archived UPs (Select Transaction for Viewing) screen, you access a read-only version of this screen called Review Archived UPs - Read-Only. The fields are identical, but you cannot make any changes on the read-only version of the screen.

The salesperson for the transaction displays and can be changed. Click the Search button to access the Read-Only Lookup Window, where you can select a salesperson code from the list.

The store location displays and can be changed. Click the Arrow button to select a different store location from the list of locations accessible to you.

The start date of the UP transaction displays, and can be changed. Click the calendar icon and select any date, provided it is within an open sales period.

The transaction starting time displays and can be changed. Time must be entered in the HH:MM format, using 24-hour time.

Click the calendar icon to select a different end date; the date must be within an open sales period and must be equal to or greater than the start date. If you change the start date, this date is changed to match when you click the Save button.

The transaction ending time displays and can be changed. Time must be entered in the HH:MM format, using 24-hour time. The time entered here must be greater than the start time if the start and end dates are the same.

This is the action code for the salesperson who was moved out of available status. You can change the UP system action code by clicking the Search button and selecting a new code from the UP System Action Code Lookup window.

This is the end result and action taken at the conclusion of the transaction. Click the Search button to select a different code from the UP System Action Code Lookup window.

If an order was entered for this transaction, the number displays here. This prompt is only available if the Out Code is in the “with customer” family and a sale was made. Click the Search button to access View a Customer's Open Transactions and Search for a Sales Order by a Specific Product. Click the Action button to access the Multiple Order Selection Window.

The client description entered, if any, displays here and can be edited or deleted.

View Archived UPs (Review Audit Details) - select this option to view audit comments for the selected transaction.
