Use this inquiry to review retail customer information by providing a view of the customer records created in the Advanced Customer Settings.  STORIS recommends you create customer records for all of your permanent, repeat-business retail and wholesale customers.

The output of this inquiry may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.

This routine is a read-only version of the Advanced Customer Settings.  You can view but not edit the fields on this screen.

Customer CodeEnter the code of the customer for whom you want to view Customer Master File information. If you click on the Search button, you access the Customer Code Look-Up screen, from which you can select a customer code. After you select a customer, the customer's name, home phone number, and work phone number appear on the screen.

The customers you can access at this and other Customer fields may be restricted by Regional Processing.
