View an AWM User's Current Status

(RF User Status Inquiry)

This inquiry allows warehouse managers to see, in "real time", where RF users are in the warehouse and what functions they are performing at that time.

This routine may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you may not have access to all customers and locations.

Filters

Warehouse LocationEnter the code of the location on which to inquire. The default location from the log-in screen appears, if any. You can override the default response. Advanced Warehouse Management must be active at the selected location.

If you click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations available to you. Note that here and at any other Location field, the list of locations available to you may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.

RF UserEnter the code of the RF user on which to inquire.  If you click on the Arrow, a list of RF users appears from which you can choose. If you leave the field blank, you select all RF users. Note that the user(s) you enter here must be set up as RF users in the Create a User file.

RefreshTo refresh the contents of the grid and display the current detail for the day, check the box at this field.  Otherwise, leave the field blank.
