and locations to which you have access.Use this inquiry for inventory control to monitor what was damaged or missing during a specific RF Barcode Picking day. As the pickers use the scanners throughout the day to pick orders, missing pieces are entered into NIL on the scanner. This allows the system to reassign a new piece to the scanner and to the order if there is available quantity on hand and if the piece is not a special ordered item. If a piece is found damaged when picking, the picker needs to enter it into DG on the scanner, indicating that the piece is damaged. The piece is moved into As-Is with a reason code PFD, indicating "Pick Found Damaged," provided that there is a replacement piece available. In either situation - piece missing or damaged - if a replacement piece is not available, the piece will be moved to RESEARCH. This inquiry also includes an option to print an Error Listing Report.
