Assign Screen Action Permission
Access
Use this routine to restrict user access to specific
functions found on Actions button menus. Users can specify which
actions for particular programs the user group can and cannot access.
Actions buttons appear in various programs throughout STORIS, allowing
you to access other relevant routines without having to exit your current
routine and select the new routine from a menu.
When a user is denied access to a particular item on an Actions
menu, that item is not included on the menu listing. In the event
that a user is denied access to all items on a particular Actions menu,
the Actions button is disabled.
