Use this file to establish codes that indicate the status of open service calls. For example, use the code NEW to indicate a new service call and CLS to indicate a closed service call.
Status CodeEnter a code of up to 3 characters to represent the service status.
DescriptionThis is the text description of the service status. Up to 20 characters may be entered to describe this status.
Tickle on Change ToThis field indicates whether the representative to whom this call has been assigned will be tickled to call the customer when the service call has been modified.
Average Number of DaysAn average number of days may be entered here to be used in tracking service orders that have remained in this status longer than the average set here.
