GL Sub-Account Settings

This process is available only if STORIS GL Processing is active on your system and the Use Sub-Accounts field is checked in the General Ledger Control process. Note that you can only delete sub-accounts that are not being used by any GL accounts.  

Sub-AccountEnter the code of the sub-account you want to enter or edit. The system attempts to validate your entry against the sub-account mask (if any) defined in the General Ledger Control Settings.  If no mask exists, then you can enter up to 14 alphanumeric characters. If you click on the Search button, a list of sub-accounts appears from which you choose.
