Access
Enter a Service Order > Totals tab > Release for Completion field
Enter a Service Order > Totals tab > Release for Completion field > Action button
Use this screen to close all eligible open lines. Check the box next to the product (or products) for the service lines you want to close, then click save. After you click save, you are returned to the Enter a Service Order process.
