Assign Promise-to-Pay Screen

Access

Use this screen to assign a promise-to-pay (PTP) date and amount to the selected customer.  The date and amount you specify here display on the Collector Review - Customer Update Screen and also appear in the customer’s Collections Comments file.

DateSpecify the promise-to-pay date. You can enter it directly, or if you click on the Calendar Icon, a calendar appears via which you can select a date.  If a PTP date exists, it displays here.  

AmountEnter the promise-to-pay amount, up to a maximum of $99999.99.  

CollectedThe total promise-to-pay amount collected since the PTP date and amount were first entered display for the customer.

Amount RemainingThe total promise-to-pay amount remaining displays for the customer.
