Truck Load Stop Detail

Use this routine to indicate whether or not pieces from a manifest have been loaded on a truck. You use this screen to indicate the specific pieces that were loaded or you can "unload" pieces that were previously "loaded".

Enter the product code or double-click a line in the grid to load or unload the piece.

If you select a line that is not loaded (Loaded column in grid is blank), a specific piece is indicated in the Reference column (or quantity from manifest if bulk product) and the Loaded column changes to Yes (or quantity # if bulk), indicating that the piece is now loaded on the truck.

If you double-click a line for a piece that is loaded, a prompt asks if you want to unload the piece of product. When you click Yes, the Reference column changes to Not Assigned (for non-bulk), and the Loaded column changes to blank, indicating that the piece is not loaded on the truck.

The grid lists each individual piece of product to be delivered, along with the serial/reference of the specific piece (if loaded), "not assigned" (if not loaded), and an indication in the Loaded column as to whether the piece is loaded (Yes) or not (blank).

If you double-click a line for a piece that is loaded, a prompt asks if you want to unload the piece of product. When you click Yes, the Reference column changes to Not Assigned, and the Loaded column changes to blank.
If you are loading bulk products, the grid contains one line for the bulk product, with an indication of the total piece quantity from the manifest in the Reference column. Otherwise, the same rules apply for loading and unloading pieces. (See above.)

When finished loading the truck, click the OK button to return to the Load a Truck screen.
