Reprint an External Credit Card Receipt

• Accounting > Receivables > Print Document > Reprint an External Credit Card Receipt

This field is mandatory. Enter the number of the order for which you are reprinting the receipt. Click the Search button to access the following:

• View a Customer's Historical Purchases

• View a Customer's Open Transactions

This field is not mandatory. You can enter the authorization number provided by the processor to help identify the receipt you are reprinting.

This field is not mandatory. You can click the Arrow button to select the type of credit card for which you are reprinting the receipt.  

This field is mandatory. Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card number that was used in the transaction.

This field is mandatory. Enter the amount paid by credit card for the transaction you are reprinting.

This field is not mandatory. Click the calendar icon to indicate the date of the transaction you are reprinting.
