Kardex Regular Inventory Screen
This is a DTS screen you access via a DTS inquiry such as the View Detailed Activity for a Product inquiry. After you specify a product on the main screen of the DTS inquiry, any additional tabs become available. To access this screen via the DTS inquiry, click on the Regular tab.
This screen is also available as a dynamic escape.
After you select a location and a date range, the program displays transactions that occurred at this location for the selected product during the selected date range. For more information on a grid item, double-click on it to access the Inventory Kardex Detail View screen.
LocationEnter the code of the location for which you want to view Kardex information. The default location from the log-in screen appears, if any. You can override the default response.
If you click on the Arrow button, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations available to you. Note that here and at any other Location field, the locations you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.
Start DateEnter the start date of the date range for which you to view Kardex information for regular (saleable) inventory. If you click on the calendar icon, a calendar appears from which you can select a date. The default date is the first day of the current month.
End DateEnter the end date of the date range for which you to view Kardex information for regular (saleable) inventory. If you click on the calendar icon, a calendar appears from which you can select a date. The default date is the current day.
Serial/Reference NumberTo limit the inquiry to a particular serial/reference number, enter a specific serial/reference number here.
