Purchase statuses determine your ability to re-order a product. Use this routine to maintain the six purchase status "types" that come delivered with STORIS, as well as any user-defined purchase status "codes" you create using this routine.

You cannot delete existing purchase statuses, and you can edit only the two Description fields.

Enter the purchase status type you want to associate with the selected purchase status "code". If you click on the Arrow, a list of purchase status types appears from which you choose. Note that the Purge status is not available for selection at this field.

When editing an existing purchase status code, this field is inactive.

Suppress from Product Search for:

You can use this field to suppress products with this purchase status from appearing in product searches for a specific user or users. To use this option, enter the user's ID or click the Search button to select the user from the Read-Only Lookup Window. To select multiple users, click the Action button and access the Multiple Staff Selection Window.

This setting applies to product searches within STORIS and also product searches performed via eRoam II. eRoam II is a STORIS application developed for the iPad® and iPad mini®. Please contact STORIS for information about the purchase of this product.

You can use this field to suppress products with this purchase status from appearing in product searches for a specific user group or groups. To use this option, enter the user group ID or click the Search button to select the group from the Read-Only Lookup Window. To select multiple groups, click the Action button and access the Multiple Selection Lookup Window.

When a user or a user group is deleted via Create a User or Create a User Group, the system reviews all purchase status codes and removes that user and/or user group from the purchase status settings.
