Report Service Order Aging

This report provides details or a summary about open service orders (not resolved). If the detail version of the report is requested, the Maximum Open Days and Minimum End Days fields define the starting period and ending period, respectively. These prompts are numeric fields, which represent the number of days that a Service Order was open and therefore qualifies as a selection criterion for this report. If the summary version of the report is requested, these prompts define the time period for which the report is run and are valid dates. Selection for the report also includes product Category.

The output of this report may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.

Use this field to select a region from which to run this report or choose Multiple Regions to select more than one region. This field is grayed out unless No Locations Selected is chosen from the Service Location field.

Click the arrow to select a service location or select Multiple Locations to choose more than one location. If No Locations Selected is selected, use the Region field to select a region.

Select the report type you wish to run.

Detail - Select this type of report to view specific information about open service orders, including the service order number, customer number, customer name, and log date. This information is arranged by location then aging period then coordinator. The Date Code, Start Date, and End Date fields are grayed out for this type of report.

Summary - Select this type of report to view the number of open service orders broken down by 30 day date ranges (i.e., 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, etc.). The Maximum Open Days and Minimum Open Days fields are grayed out for this type of report.

Both - Select this type of report to run both the Detail and Summary report types. Each report runs separately.

Enter the maximum number of days the service order(s) are open.

Enter the minimum number of days the service order(s) are open.

Enter the product category in the field or leave blank to report all product categories. Use the search button to select one or more product categories from a list or use the action button to search and select product categories.
