Report Customers' Historical Purchases
(Retail Customer History)
Access
This report details the retail history for one or all customers. Sorting is by product category and then by product group. Information includes the
The Transaction Type (Order/Invoice, Customer Service, etc.), as well as the transaction Number and Date also display.
The output of this report may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.
Date CodeClick the arrow button to select a date code. If you select CUS, you can specify the Start and End Dates.
Start Date, End DateIf you select the date code CUS, you can enter a start and end date for the report or you can leave the fields blank for the earliest and latest order dates available. If you are not specifying a custom date range, these fields are filled in based on the date code selected and are not available for change.
Customer CodeEnter the code of the customer on which to report. If you leave the field blank, you include all customers in the report. If you click the search button, the Search for a Customer screen from which you can locate a customer code.
ProductYou can choose to report on one, multiple, or all products. If you leave the field blank, you report on all products. If you click the search button, you access the Search for a Product window where you can locate a product code. If you click the Action button, you access the Multiple Product Selection Window, which you can use to select multiple product codes.
GroupYou can choose to report on one, multiple, or all product groups. If you leave the field blank, you report on all product groups. If you click the Search button, you can select a product group from the list. If you click the action button, you access the Multiple Group Selection Window, which you can use to select multiple groups.
CategoryYou can choose to report on one, multiple, or all product categories. If you leave the field blank, you report on all categories. If you click the Search button, you can select a product category from the list. If you click the action button, you access the Multiple Category Selection Window, which you can use to select multiple categories.
BrandYou can choose to report on one, multiple, or all brands. If you leave the field blank, you report on all brands. If you click the search button, you can select a brand code from the list. If you click the action button, you access the Multiple Brand Selection Window, which you can use to select multiple brand codes.
Show buying priceCheck the box if you want the price the customer was charged for each item to appear on the report. If you do not check the box, the Price Paid column is excluded from the report.
Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays. To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.
Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.


Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
