Use this routine to generate a detailed report listing sales lead activity.

Selection

The fields on the Selection tab allow you to restrict the output of the report. That is, if you leave every field blank and click on Run, the report generates all available sales leads. You can then use the fields on the Sorting tab to arrange the order in which the data appears on the report.

Each field allows you to restrict report output to one, several, or all of the specific criteria. For example, you can choose data for only one salesperson, several salespersons, or all salespersons. You have this flexibility at each field.

Each field has one or more of the following facilities to help you make your selections:

 

Sorting

After using the fields on the Selection tab to specify the data you want to appear on your report, use the fields on the Sorting tab to arrange the order in which the data displays on the report.

Primary Sort

Secondary Sort, Tertiary Sort, Quaternary Sort

Export Path

Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
