Report Purchase Orders with Changed Costs
(Cost Change)

This report displays merchandise from purchase orders whose cost has changed. Sort is by Vendor and PO Number. Buyers and management personnel may use this report to review costing information.
Minimum Change PercentEnter the minimum cost change percent to include on this report. The percentage is entered as a whole number (without decimals). If this field is blank, the report will include All Costs. The default for this field is zero (0).
Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays. To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.
Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.


Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
