Run the Mapping Interface
Access
This process controls the data exchange between STORIS and your third-party routing software (route mapping interface), such as ArcLogistics®, RouteView®, and UPS Roadnet®. Run this routine for a single location at a time. The process collects all scheduled orders for the specified location, for the specified days that qualify for delivery/transfer. Upon completion, the data automatically downloads from STORIS to the mapping software.
This screen is not used for API route mapping services such as DispatchTrack; instead, the service directly acquires the information that would be provided here.
LocationEnter the code of the ship-from location.

Auto Build or Re-Build ManifestTo automatically place newly assigned orders on a manifest, enable this field. Otherwise, leave the field blank.
If you enable this field, the interface program places all newly assigned orders on either on a new manifest or a pre-existing manifest. Note that if you leave this field blank, STORIS still updates existing manifest records with stop-time changes.
Re-Assign Scheduled TimesTo clear pre-existing scheduled times prior to passing the ASCII data from STORIS and allow the third-party program to recalculate the stop times, enable this field. Otherwise, leave the field blank.
Print Tickets
Suppress PrintThis optional selection is active only when you select All or New at the Print Tickets prompt. If you check the box at this field, the mapping interface and print delivery ticket processes suppress the actual printing of the delivery tickets, while performing all other functions as if the tickets were printed. Tickets are considered "printed", even though no ticket forms are sent to the printer. To process and print tickets as normal, leave the check box blank.

After the download completes, a prompt appears with the following options:
-
Continue Routing - begin the upload process back into STORIS.
-
Restart - restart the download process.
-
End - exit the screen. If you select "E", when you re-enter the Route Mapping Selection screen and enter the warehouse for which you initiated routing, the ”Continue Routing, Restart, or End:” prompt appears again, from which you have the same options as above.
