Multiple Route Selection Window

This window is used to allow your response to include multiple items. Select the item from the drop down list. Selected items can be added to the grid at the bottom of the window, which then populate the field of the entry routine.

The read-only version of this screen appears when accessed through a view-only version of the routine, such as View Warehouse/Store Settings. In this version, you may only view the currently available selection(s).

Adding and Removing Items in the Grid

Click the arrow to select the name from the Route Code field, which automatically adds the name to the bottom of the list of the grid. Use the green up and down arrows just above the grid to move the items into the correct order. Items are considered in descending order, i.e. items listed first in the grid take precedence over items lower in the grid.

To remove an item from the grid, double-click on it to select the item and activate the buttons to the right of the Route Code field. Then, click on the red Remove to remove the selected item from the grid.

When the grid contains the item(s) you want, click OK. The systems returns to the previous screen and adds the selected products to the appropriate field. If multiple items were selected, the field displays "..." to indicate this. To exit the Selection Window without specifying any products, click on Exit. You are returned to the previous screen.
