Use this routine to view a list of credit requests (both active and historical) for a specified date range. If you are the referenced Salesperson on the credit review item, you have the ability to view the credit application. Otherwise, you need permissions as defined in Create a User/Group Actions - Receivables Security.
StatusClick the Arrow button and select a status to restrict the view to credit requests with that status only. Select All to view all credit requests.
CustomerYou can indicate the code of a customer whose credit requests you want to view, or you can leave the field blank to view all customers' requests. If you click on the Search button, the Search for a Customer screen appears.
FromYou can view credit requests for a date range that you specify. Today's date defaults as the beginning date of the date range. You can click the calendar icon and select another date. If you leave this field blank, you select the earliest possible date. Note that if you select the earliest possible date, the selection process may take a while to complete.
ToYou can view credit requests for a date range that you specify. Today's date defaults as the ending date of the date range. You can click the calendar icon and select another date. If you leave this field blank, you select the latest possible date. Note that if you select the latest possible date, the selection process may take a while to complete.
Select a method by which to sort the items in the grid. You have the following options:
Date – descending date/time
Name – customer last name, then by descending date/time
Reviewer – reviewer ID, then by descending date/time
Salesperson – salesperson ID, then by descending date/time
Status – request status, then by descending date/time
Store – store, then by descending date/time
You can view requests for one, multiple, or all locations. If you click on the Arrow, a list of locations appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Location Selection Window appears which you can use to select one or more locations. If you leave this field blank, you select all locations.
The locations available to you may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.
SalespersonYou can base your view of requests on one, multiple, or all salesperson codes. Use the Search and Action buttons next to the field to help you select the salespersons. If you leave this field blank, you select all salespersons.
SearchOnce you have selected your search criteria, click this button to select and sort the credit request records based upon your selections. The credit requests selected list in the grid.
The grid displays the selected credit requests and the following information for each:
Customer Name
Number - customer code
Status - credit request status
Date - credit request status change date
Time - credit request status change time
Bureau - credit bureau code
Store - selling store
Salesperson - salesperson ID
Reviewer - credit request reviewer's ID
If you double-click on a grid line, the Credit Request Review Screen - Read Only appears from which you can view detailed information on the selected line item and/or print status letters.
