View Finance Credit Responses
(Credit Response Review)
Access
Use this inquiry to track the status of requested
credit approvals for all or selected locations and for all or selected
salespersons. The screen displays all credit review items logged in the
Credit Response Queue for the originating store and salesperson entered.
From this inquiry, you also have the option to re-transmit applications.
Store LocationEnter
the code of the location for which you want to view finance credit responses.
If you click on the arrow key, a list of available locations appears from
which you can make a selection. If you click on the Action button, you
access the Multiple
Location Selection window, which you can use to select one, multiple,
or all locations.
SalespersonEnter
a salesperson code or leave the field blank to inquire on all salespersons.
You may click the Search button
at this field to select a salesperson from a list of valid salesperson
codes.
