The grid contains the following columns:
Status - Displays the current status of the transaction. Valid statuses are Pending, In Process and Error.
STORIS File - Displays Export if the transaction is from the WMS Export or Import if from the WMS Import.
WMS Key - Displays the transaction record ID.
Post Date - The date the transaction was either sent to WMS or received by STORIS.
Post Time - The time the transaction was either sent to WMS or received by STORIS.
OP Code - Displays the OP code.
OP Description - Displays the OP description.
WMS Transaction - Displays the WMS transaction type. Valid types are SO (sales order); CR (credit memo); EO (exchange order); EI (exchange memo); IT (transfer); PO (purchase order, ASN, purchase order receipt); N/A (inventory adjustment and product update).
Ship Location - Displays the ship location.
Receiving Location - Displays the receiving location.
Order # - Displays order number, transfer number, purchase order number or N/A for inventory adjustment and product update.
Route / Truck / ASN - Displays the route number, truck number, ASN number or N/A.
CPU - Displays a read-only check box. If the transaction is related to CPU the box is checked.
Scheduled Date - Displays the scheduled date.
Line - Displays either the line number for the detail transaction or total lines for header transactions.
Product - Displays either the product number or N/A.
QTY - Displays either the line quantity or is blank if the quantity is not provided.
Serial # - If available, displays the STORIS piece ID.
WMS Tag ID - If available, displays the WMS Tag ID.
From Reason - If available, displays the From Reason Code.
To Reason - If available, displays the To Reason Code.
Error - Displays an error message for those import transactions that are in an error status.
Comments - If available, displays transaction comments.
