If the Inventory Tracking field in the Product record is active, the Kardex System records all activity for those products. Otherwise, the system does not keep a Kardex record of each transaction for that product.
Transactions for Serial-Tracked products are listed individually for each piece.
Products not serial-tracked display one line representing the entire group of pieces involved in the transaction.
The number of months to retain Kardex history on the system is determined by the setting in the Kardex History Months field in the Inventory Control Settings.
